On July 21, 2006, DRAM sponsored a Webinar for State Regulators that focused on Section 1252 (“Smart Metering”) of EPACT. The Webinar was designed to answer the “top ten questions” being asked in an EPACT 1252 Proceeding. Representatives of commissions and agencies from 32 different states registered for the event, with some organizing group viewing whereby several parties gathered at one location to participate.
